Dear Parents/Carers,
Welcome to the second newsletter of the spring term. I am
pleased to report that swimming for KS2 children at Webber’s
started last Friday and continues today. The children were all
assessed by the swimming instructors last week and have now
been placed into different ability groups, so the sessions start
properly today. I am also pleased to report that teacher-led
and after-school clubs have both commenced too with good
take up across the board. Of particular note is Mrs. Gillard’s
Colouring Club, which has proved so popular, she has kindly
arranged 2 extra groups each week to accommodate everyone.
Thank you to Mrs. Gillard and all the teaching staff, who
choose to run clubs in their own time.
