I am really looking forward to meeting you on Wednesday this week to learn some ways to look after you.
Please bring some paper or a notebook and pencil/pens.
We will be doing some quiet activities so if possible, set your child/children up in the quietest area you can find in your house, somewhere where it will be easy for you to concentrate and let everyone else know that you will need to be undisturbed while we work together.
Grownups, you are welcome and actively encouraged to join in.
However, when we do the quiet activities we really will need quiet, so if you have younger children for whom this is too tricky it would be best to take them out as they will probably be too young to benefit from this kind of experience.
Make sure any phones are switched off please or better still in another room!!
This will be a different type of learning so if you like, you can sit somewhere really comfortable, take your shoes off and get comfy.
